With the ALP`AREAL master plan, an overarching concept was drawn up in 2019 for the 27,000m2 property, which enables gradual development and consolidation. In the course of this process, the functions currently used primarily as a building yard are to be gradually reduced and new uses such as offices, laboratories or showrooms are possible to be established.

We consider the redensification of already built-up areas to be an important issue in spatial planning and a key aspect in terms of space-saving property development. By increasing the urban development and architectural quality, the image of the entire quarter is also strengthened.

In the first step, approx. 20.000 m2 of office and technology space will be realized on Baufeld 1 in a consortium with Büro Grabher.
