An apprentice home for 66 young people was built on the ÖBB site in St.Pölten. On the ground floor are the recreation rooms, the company restaurant and the administration premises. There are 33 double rooms on 3 upper floors, all of which have a small balcony. The reinforced concrete skeleton was given a drywall facade with floor-to-ceiling windows. In the outdoor area there are sports and leisure facilities. The building was certified according to ÖGNB Gold and received an award for ecological and energy-efficient construction.
