The area around the restaurant is arranged the central brewery exhibition in the form of an U. Thereby a natural structuring of the rooms and zones of different activities develop. This system is emphasized by different furniture. Wood is used as a primary material, certainly in a clear and elegant instead of a rustic look. In its entirety the restaurant conveys the atmosphere of healthy and relaxed food.

The relationship to the outside plays a big role to the company restaurant. Glass facades towards the green space are to be opened via extensive sliding doors. By means of greened walls and pendant plant pots with herbs the connection to nature is maintained.

The evening restaurant is structured more introverted. On the ceiling slightly folded wooden lamellas are used which is adopted by the façade design and provides an elegant inner enveloping surface and tranquillity.
