The overriding goal of the urban planning concept is to develop an urban ensemble that can continue to be developed in a westerly direction. Grabenweg will be characterised by the positioning of uniform 19m (approx.) high buildings along the street axis. A similar building layout, running parallel to this, will be developed to the south. Between these two building lines, individual buildings will be connected via an arrangement of inner courtyards, sheltered from the surrounding traffic. At the eastern end, the building line will be completed with a hotel. One specific building with an height of 45 metres will appear as a vertical accent.
