A sustainable office building is to be built in a central inner-city location, which reflects the transformation of the office into a communication hub. We propose a wood-hybrid construction method to reduce the CO2 footprint. Energy is obtained as far as possible from local renewable sources (photovoltaic, geothermal, ground and river water). The modular design, which can be dismantled and recycled, makes conversion and dismantling easier, and the configuration is designed to be flexible and use-neutral. Each floor has green outdoor areas.
