The hotel site is located at the centre of the ‘Quadrant’ district development. At the pulse of the city along the Traisen river, a multifunctional project is being created here that will fill the district with life and completely reshape it. The hotel offers 105 rooms.

The integration into the external appearance of the block development is achieved through a specific treatment of the window openings. The hotel façade derives its special feature from the three-dimensional modelling of the closed surfaces. Targeted profiling and the interplay of surface textures between clinker brick and plaster create an interesting interplay of reflections and light and shadow effects.
