The sweeping form of the 9 storey high building complements that of the planned office high rise, situated directly opposite and marks the entry to the new city quarter “Viertel 2”. The building is devided into two zones: A transparent ground floor and the 8 storeys of the hotel rooms. The floor-to-ceiling glazing of the buildings basis provides smooth transitions between interior and exterior demonstrating the hotel’s open and communicative architecture.
