The aim of this project was to achieve the ideal relationship between construction and nature, whilst maintaining the natural characteristics of the landscape.
Centrally located stairwells are used to join coupled apartment blocks, creating a separation between public and private space. This created internal pathways running from north to south through the estate. To the north, diagonally positioned buildings of with covered walkways protect the estate from the noise of a busy street.
In three stages, 225 apartments of 50, 70 and 90 square metres with a distribution ratio of 20/60/20% were built.
