Situated on the southern forecourt of the new Vienna Central Station, the building‘s flowing s-shaped ground plan is an answer to the station arcade and serves as landmark in the new quarter around the main station. The slick surface of the building can be associated with modern high-speed trains.

The width chosen and the configuration of the core allow maximum flexibility for all the various office organisation options (groupings, cells, combination offices, business club). The building is equipped with an external double façade, uses solar energy to provide electricity and heating, and also has a very low total energy requirement thanks to storage material used to recover waste heat.
