The prime goal of the concept is the development of a local node in form of a urban venue. A grand urban space provides the basis for the creation of a business centre with lively external areas and space for public facilities.

The function as a gate to the city requires a distinctive high point. The 100m high tower on the motorway functions as a distinctive landmark in the approach to the city. A “green belt” around the site stretches across 2 levels in the form of an artificial landscape and balance out the high density.
