The almost square cube is lit in the center by an open atrium, while cut-outs in the ground floor area emphasize the entrance areas. The office spaces guarantee maximum flexibility in terms of their divisibility and use.

A core area of the Bodner Group is construction. Exposed concrete is therefore used as a continuous element on the Bodner Campus, thus emphasizing the company’s connection.

The intensive open space design on the campus grounds is continued on the façade in the form of “green pockets”.

The sustainable energy supply is provided by groundwater wells and the pumps are operated using solar power generated on the roof.
