An existing 6-storey residential building is being converted into an office building. A café and shopping facilities are assigned to the ground floor, other storeys will house office units of variable sizes. The courtyard is to be roofed at the height of the first floor and furthermore serves as a multifunctional lobby. At the top floor another level is inserted to provide two-storied office use.
The historical value of the building, which once used to be residence to the Polish poet Miron Białoszewski is maintained by quotes and artefacts within the house.
