The project includes the new headquarters of the Austrian football association, a small stadium with 1000 seats, a training hall and 5 football pitches including servicebuildings.

We situated the office space above the stadium’s spectator stands. Further functions such as a restaurant, auditorium, press office and training rooms were accommodated on the street front of Seestadtstrasse. A representative public forecourt is made possible by moving away from the street alignment.

The training hall was designed as a tent-like membrane roof construction.
