The building with 8 floors marks the eastern edge of the new development project in the “Viertel Zwei” district. The ground floor houses a kindergarten and office-space, all other floors apartments. Juxtaposed to the open structure of the façade-front facing the lake, the other side of the building, facing the Metro looks like a closed volume.

The top floor steps back from the outer edge of the building, offering wide terraces in front of their living rooms.
