The four-story building in our design connects like a U-shaped bracket to the three other structures. It not only creates an urban street front but also opens up a space at the back, turning it into a generous recreational area facing the Innpromenade.

The architecture follows this urban idea: the low, straight building contrasts with three taller, polygonally arranged structures, highlighting their uniqueness.

Various types of homes have different floor plans: for student living, there are small units with large, high-quality common areas, while the subsidized and affordable apartments are clearly organized and offer a wide range of sizes and layouts.

Thanks to extensive rooftop photovoltaic panels, along with heat pumps and a compact design, this plan achieves a carbon-neutral building operation.
