The urban design concept responds to the heterogeneous surroundings with a typological evolution of the traditional linear block development. Two longitudinally oriented buildings form an open, permeable ensemble with high-quality outdoor spaces. Hybrid ground-floor uses, clear address formation, and shared community spaces enhance the neighborhood both functionally and socially.
An intensive greening strategy — from the accessible inner courtyard to the usable rooftop garden — promotes biodiversity, improves the microclimate, and supports climate adaptation. The access via open-air corridors is designed as a social interface, encouraging neighborly interaction close to the homes.
Flexible, adaptable floor plans and a resource-efficient, low-tech-oriented construction method ensure long-term adaptability and sustainability. The project promotes social diversity, ecological performance, and urban integration — creating a resilient and livable building block for the city’s future.
