The “Wiener Linien” runs the largest repair and maintenance facility in Vienna. Main overhauls, all necessary service and repair work of the rolling stock and busses is carried out under one big roof. The core of the facility is the 64,000 square meter factory hall. To adjust the capacity andthe working and production conditions to today’s requirements, the entire facility had to be updated. New buildings were erected for the logistics sector and the administration.
