The concept provides for a clear separation of the offices and depot / garage. The building will be arranged around a central yard and the clean lines of the structure reflect the building‘s functional character. The different degrees of transparency in the facades differentiate the uses of the internal spaces. Thereby, an interplay between the opaque and transparent areas of the facade is created.

This concept has resulted in a building that combines an energy optimised system with user comfort to produce sustainability that goes beyond simply providing the energy savings required.
